Very professional staff during check in process and other needs. Unfortunately, we was assigned to a business room with heavy cigarette odor (even though it is designated as non-smoking room). I notified the front desk immediately but she said it had not been occupied for a few days prior to my arrival. She was going to send an air purifier to my room but never got it. We had to open the balcony door with the fan on high for half a day to lessen the smoking odor. We stayed two non-consecutive nights due to a trip to Alishan in between. We were allowed to leave one big luggage overnight. Paid laudry machines are available in the garage with detergent provided. Two bottled waters and coffee provided in each room. Full breeakfast is provided until 9am on site.

Great location, just a short walk from the train station, which made getting around super convenient. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. The breakfast was excellent – plenty of variety and really tasty, a great way to start the day. We also noticed a lot of locals staying at the hotel due to the long holiday, which made the atmosphere feel lively and welcoming. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay – would definitely recommend!

Very accessible to main train station and main bus station - 8 minutes walk. Staff Mr Liu very helpful to introduce good food nearby and convenience store/supermart and very polite. Hotel staff very helpful to call for taxi. Check-in and check-out easy and fast. Room very spacious and quite. Shower area very spacious. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Bed linen and towels very clean. Housekeeping very efficent.

Breakfast was great, and we enjoyed the neighborhood. I LOVED the size of my room, and bathroom, and the windows in the bathroom. Very comfy and nice. I would recommend it!
